1. Download the following:
Java Virtual Machine 2
Install the program. If this was already installed, first uninstall it, then re-install it.

2. Download the following:
Fix IE Batch file
Save this to your desktop then double click on it. Answer OK for every dialog box that appears.

Your Internet Explorer should now be functioning properly!
